Established the subsidiary of the leading Finnish HR & Recruitment Barona in Poland 2012. Responsible for business development and management of Barona’s operations. Barona provides permanent recruitment and temporary staffing services in the whole Poland. We specialize in recruitment in multilingual recruitment for BPO/SSC/ITO sector.

Before joining Barona Ilkka-Cristian was responsible for project and service management of Itella Information’s F&A Center of Excellence in Poland. He has been living in Poland permanently over 5 years and worked as well in Capgemini and studied part of his degree at the Cracow University of Economics.
