Andre’ Faust leads the UPM HR Shared Service Centers in Krakow, Shanghai and Chudovo (Russia) serving more than 40 countries worldwide. He has been leading the projects to set up the HR centers and is now working on their further development. Since 1998 he has been working in all HR fields in several countries and positions.
