With more than 12 years of experience in the IT service delivery business, I joined the management team in HCL Poland in 2013, where I’m leading all the daily operations from the HCL delivery center in Krakow. Today we have a team counting more than 500 people, originating from 39 countries, supporting a variety of customers in the global market place, so we can safely say we are running operations in a truly multi-cultural and multi-national environment. Originally coming from Norway, I have spent the last 10 years working in different countries throughout Europe.
