Scott Newman is Vice President and General Manager of State Street Services Ltd. Krakow. In this role, Scott is responsible for overseeing the business in Krakow supporting 10 State Street locations across Europe and 8 functions. He is also responsible for the management of the functional support groups including HR, Recruitment, Facilities, IT and Finance. Currently, State Street Krakow has more than 850 employees and an aggressive growth plan over the coming years.

State Street Krakow provides asset servicing functions to other State Street European locations and offers a variety of challenging roles in Investment Fund Accounting, Derivatives, Securities Pricing and Hedge fund administration.

Prior to transferring to State Street in Krakow, Scott was based in the Munich office where he led the project to establish the new office in Krakow. Scott joined State Street in 2003 through the acquisition of Deutsche Bank
