  • Employer branding. Office space as a tool in the fight for talent, creating corporate image / identity. Is your office one of your PR and marketing tools?

  • Working groups of 5 – 10 participants will be asked to discuss 3 main topics:

Flexibility

  • Office environment flexibility as a response to fast-changing BPO sector’s needs: How an office can accommodate headcount fluctuations (both contraction and growth)?
  • Reducing workstations, increasing new typologies: new typologies that offer more diverse office environment to host more diverse activity types.
  • Moving away from desk-chained culture: Lack of personalised space replaced by freedom of choosing adequate work setting?

Knowledge management and induction

  • Agile office and learning opportunities: shadowing, participation in ad-hoc team activities;
  • Project work and ‘coffee machine’ effect: informal channels for business information exchange;

Productivity and Management

  • Office space responding to the new way of working: various and new zones enhancing office layout (networking / collaborative space, quite zones, phone booths, chill out rooms, cafeterias among others.)
  • How the office can enhance new way of working: from simple presence in the office to project management and assessment by results.
