Responsible for managing the changes linked with transformation of the group in terms of organization (especially area of finance), implementing new procedures and standards in finance, improving the efficiency and quality of service, continuous improvement of processes, changes to IT systems (especially SAP), cooperation with EDF group doctrine for changes in SAP, close cooperation and coordination of changes with other areas of SSC (IT, engineering, purchases and logistics).
