Paweł has both consulting and outsourcing experience in BPO and SSC organisations ranging from business development, solution design, transitions, service delivery management to SSC set up. Currently Paweł works for Genpact where he manages complex Transition and Transformation projects. He has a profound knowledge of the BPO and SSC market. Recent projects include SSC set up support, greenfield transition, service delivery development for Russia and CIS countries.
