I am a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics with over 10 years of experience in BPO .
In 2011 I joined Capita and as a member of the senior management team of the Krakow Business Centre supported the set up and development of our operations. As a Service Delivery Manager I am responsible for leading and managing service delivery teams for several clients ensuring high level of customer service and robust operations. I am in charge of owning and managing contracts across a number of service lines including all aspects of performance and development.
